HOW IT WORKS
Imagery is limited to 1 pixel per person to protect individual privacy
Mounted cameras are able to capture daylight imagery, and imagery at night when ambient light is present.
CONTINUOUS ORBIT MODE
Up to 45 square miles.
In continuous orbit mode, the aircraft constantly orbits a given location, capturing the same area for a period of time.
SURVEY MODE
Up to 110 miles of imagery/hour
In survey mode, the aircraft fly on a singular path over a set distance, taking images as it passes over head.
The images that are captured are then able to be processed through our iView™ system up to real-time either on-board the aircraft and/or in ground-based analysis centers. Analysts can zoom in anywhere on the captured images – up to 1-pixel per person for U.S.-based Law Enforcement operations – to observe the activity or objects determined by the contract.
ANALYSIS
The images that are captured are then able to be processed through our iView™ system up to real-time either on-board the aircraft and/or in ground-based analysis centers. Analysts can zoom in anywhere on the captured images – up to 1-pixel per person for U.S.-based Law Enforcement operations – to observe the activity or objects determined by the contract.
From the data collected, analysts synthesize the movements, activities, changes, or characteristics observed into a briefing packet that is presented to the customer. Oftentimes, customers are able to view the imagery real-time, but only trained analysts are allowed to operate the systems and collect the data.
